How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, contact us via email at booking@grdtravels.com or call +91 8595995437 with your Booking ID. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Items
Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and any third-party bookings made on your behalf are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
In case of cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will offer a full credit note valid for 12 months.
